Idahoans working to keep our homes, our communities, and the Gem State protected against the destructive effects of crime.
We are excited to get to work!
Cities across the country are in decline due to “soft on crime” policies. People move to Idaho because it is a beacon. Our mission at IDTOC is to work with community members, law enforcement and elected officials to strengthen criminal accountability, deter crime, and maintain a safe environment for Idahoans to live.
Initial primary goals:
Our children, the future of Idaho, are the most vulnerable members of our society. Our team will seek legislation that implements stronger penalties against the predators who have victimized them. Pedophiles and sex traffickers will be held accountable in our state, with the harshest penalties allowed under the law.
Idaho is experiencing a dramatic rise in overdose injuries and deaths due to an enormous influx of trafficked Fentanyl into the United States. We are working with legislators to increase mandatory minimum sentencing guidelines for dealers and traffickers of Fentanyl. We are also actively advocating for murder charges for the fentanyl dealers and traffickers who supply Fentanyl to anyone in our communities, who die as a result of ingesting the illicit substance, or from being exposed to it.
Feel free to reach out to our team regarding crime-related, legislative issues that are important to you and learn how you can help keep Idaho safe.
Help us to protect Idaho from the failed policies that are destroying our country. Idaho is worth fighting for.
"I love the State of Idaho! I retired after serving 25 years in law enforcement, with the majority of my career working criminal street gangs, organized crime, and narcotic cases. I retired at the rank of sergeant. After staying retired for a short time, I saw some changes occurring in our state that I did not like. I decided to get back to work and do what I have always done, by trying to help others and make a difference. I have three children who are in local schools, and I have been married to my wife for 14 years. She is also a retired detective who spent her career working child abuse and sexual assault cases."

“I worked in law enforcement and associated training for over 20 years. I was part of a teaching cadre that taught active-shooter response to over 300 agencies. I also saw firsthand how soft drug laws perpetuated misery and the destruction of people’s lives and families. Some of the most violent crime I observed was a direct result of those lax laws. I donate my time to IDTOC to advocate for laws and policies that will help keep Idaho IDAHO! In turn, these laws will save many lives and families from the scourge that drug abuse creates, included but not limited to human trafficking, violent crime, and drug overdoses.
